Written during my MA in Digital Management at Hyper Island, this pairs Lencioni's five dysfunctions of a team and Erin Meyer's work on high and low context communication with a real test case: fixing how the Mobile Improvement team I was interim product manager for worked at eBay Classifieds Group. Walks through what a team retrospective turned up, unclear goals, no task ownership, no shared rules, what we changed with a Team Canvas session, and what happened to throughput over the following month.
